3. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer subscription plans with different feature levels. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

You agree not to use our platform to create apps that contain illegal content, malware, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

⚠️ Important: Before submitting your app to Google Play Store, ensure you have a complete Privacy Policy, appropriate permissions, and completed Data Safety section in Play Console.

You retain all rights to your apps and content. The Moumasi Apps platform remains our exclusive property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moumasi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
